I’m a holistic nutritionist that helps people feel more optimistic about their health and wellness through changes in diet and lifestyle shifts.
Through my work, I aim to simplify the whole eating healthier process and teach you that getting started and taking action today with some small, simple changes can go a long way. Diet and nutrition can be tricky subjects, and I’d like to help demystify some of the info you may or may not have acquired up until now.

I create individualized nutrition plans which can address the following health concerns:

My Approach vs. Theirs
I emphasize the importance of cleaning up the diet and teach my clients how to zone in on real, whole and nourishing foods while eliminating the “non foods” — the detrimental ones.
I will introduce you to healthy replacements for the unhealthy versions of some foods you may be consuming and stress the importance of opting for high-quality and nutrient-rich foods.
MACROS and CALORIE COUNTING
While these metrics do matter, far too often the sole emphasis is placed on tracking these numbers yet disregarding the impact of the types of foods one should be eating to reach health goals. Google “IIFYM” if you are unfamiliar with this approach to diet and nutrition.
Rather than working towards hitting a daily number (calorie restriction) regardless of quality food intake or not, my work aims to focus on eating more real foods while eliminating or reducing the junk foods.
PROTEIN SHAKES and SUPPLEMENTS
These aren’t a necessary component towards reaching your goals. Other programs out there may try to upsell you on various protein powders and pills as part of a health regime.
My coaching will focus on food first and foremost and secondarily recommend the above supplementation if needed.

The quick fix approach towards nutrition usually results in yo-yo dieting and a rebound into a previous health state.
