Consultations can be in person, via phone or Skype
Initial Consultation (intake session)
Typically lasts 90 minutes
$175/Session
- During this first meeting, necessary health information will be gathered from the client: a complete health history, primary health concerns will be discussed and goals will be established
Follow-up Visits
50 Minutes
$150/Session
- Nutritional assessment discussed
- Food journal analysis will be shared and reviewed with client
- A personalized meal plan (tailored to meet the client’s health goals/concerns) will be explained in detail
- Nutritional supplements (if needed) and lifestyle recommendations will be shared
- Any questions will be addressed (basic Q & A)
- Email support between meetings, if needed

Initial Consultations + Follow-Up Visits

- 6 Sessions (1 initial consultation & 5-50 minute follow-up visits ) = $775 / Save about $150
- 12 Sessions (1 initial consultation & 11-50 minute follow-up visits) = $1400 / Save about $425
- 12 Sessions PLUS (1 initial consultation & 11-50 minute follow-up visits) = $1900 / Also includes all of the following extras: Home visit/Pantry clean-out, Supplement review, Grocery store trip on Session #2, Dine-out/Field-trip, 1 hour long meal-prep (at your home)
The 6 Session Packaged Deal is highly recommended to fully benefit from nutrition coaching and to allow adequate time for changes to take place.
Mike is available to meet you in the comfort of your own home, if desired, and can also travel throughout the Greater San Francisco Bay Area to meet you if you are unable to make it into San Francisco. Traveling fees may be applicable (contact me for specific charges).
