Matcha Latté Recipe
A dairy-free matcha latté, complete with a frothy foam courtesy of coconut oil.

Instructions
  1. Put matcha powder and warm water into a container (I use my stainless steel french press) . Using a hand blender (emulsion blender), blend the two ingredients thoroughly together. Add coconut oil and give it another good 10 second blend. Pour into your favorite mug and add honey at end.
