Instructions
  1. Cut open avocado and remove pit, spoon out avocado and place in blender, NutriBullet, or VitaMix.
  2. Add all other ingredients, except ice to blender and blend until creamy, mousse-like consistency appears.
  3. Add ice cubes and continue blending until they are no longer visible.
  4. Chill in freezer for about 30 minutes before eating.
Recipe Notes

Serve with unsweetened shredded coconut, your favorite berries, and/or cacao nibs sprinkled on top. Or simply enjoy plain. 

Keep in mind, this is not a super sweet dessert, so if you’d like to make it sweeter, you could adjust the amount of coconut aminos which lends a sweet flavor, or add your favorite sweetener instead of the coconut aminos, such as maple syrup, honey, or stevia. This will taste like dark chocolate, so keep that in mind.
